The Prince of Wales, President, Business and the Community, will open the Affordable Rural Housing Scheme, Springwell Hill, Bletchingdon, Oxfordshire, built by Oxford Citizen's Housing Association on land provided by the Duchy of Cornwall as part of The Prince of Wales's Affordable Rural Housing Initiative.
