The Duchess of Rothesay will mark the launch of the National Association of Care Catering (NACC) Community Meals week. Her Royal Highness will meet the service providers from Meals on Wheels and a 93-year-old local Ballater resident who uses the service, Ballater, Aberdeenshire.
