The Prince of Wales, President, the Royal College of Music, will attend the College’s annual awards ceremony and present awards to outstanding musicians including the pianist Lang Lang and the composer-conductors James MacMillan and Esa-Pekka Salonen. HRH will also inspect some objects from the RCM’s internationally renowned collections and attend a short concert given by prize-winning students. The Royal College of Music, Prince Consort Road, South Kensington, London.
The Duchess of Cornwall will attend The Classic BRIT Awards and present the Outstanding Contribution to Music Award, Royal Albert Hall, London.
