The Prince's Trust is one of The Prince of Wales's 18 charities, which are known as The Prince's Charities.
The Prince's Trust has helped 550,000 young people aged between 18 and 30 overcome barriers and get their lives working since it was founded by The Prince in 1976. That is the same as the population of Edinburgh, Scotland's capital city.
Through practical support including training, mentoring and financial assistance, it helps 14-30 year olds realise their potential and transform their lives.
The Trust focuses its efforts on young people who have struggled at school, have been in care, are long-term unemployed or have been in trouble with the law.
The Prince's Trust works in Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and every English region.
