What would you find on a British lunch menu?
Answer: The Duchess of Cornwall celebrated British Food Fortnight by inviting winners of the British Food Fortnight Secondary Schools Competition to prepare lunch in the kitchens at Clarence House.The menu, which was created by children from Northfield Academy in Aberdeen and Greencroft School in Durham, included:
- Cock-A-Leekie soup with cheese scones
- Rabbit pie with parsley shortcrust pastry served with mashed swede
- Cranachan with shortbread
