The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall undertake Official Visit to Canada

The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall will visit Canada from Monday 2nd November to Thursday 12th November 2009.
This, their first official visit to Canada together, involves a busy itinerary aimed at meeting a cross section of Canadians, including young people, charity and voluntary workers, members of the Canadian Armed Forces as well as the general public.
Over eleven days, Their Royal Highnesses will visit 12 cities in four provinces, including stops in St John’s, Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, Victoria and Vancouver.
A full itinerary, which has been developed by the Canadian Federal and Provincial authorities, the Canadian Armed Forces and other organizations, will be announced at a later date.
The Prince of Wales has visited Canada 14 times over the past 39 years. His last visit was in 2001.
This will be the first official visit to Canada for The Duchess of Cornwall.
