The Duchess of Cornwall will visit Marlborough Town Hall, unveil a specially commissioned tile mosaic to celebrate The Queen’s Diamond Jubilee and undertake a tour of the Hall including the newly refurbished exhibition area, Marlborough, SN8 1AA.

The Duke of Cambridge, Patron, St Giles Trust 50th Anniversary, will attend The October Club dinner at the Savoy Hotel, in aid of the St Giles Trust.

Wednesday 10th October 2012

The Duchess of Cambridge will visit Newcastle Civic Centre, Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, NE1.

The Duchess of Cambridge will visit Elswick Park, Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, NE4.

The park is protected under the Queen Elizabeth II Fields Challenge. The Duke Of Cambridge is Patron. The Duchess will meet local community groups and school children undertaking activities inside the Park.

 

The Duchess of Cambridge will visit Keyfund at Gateshead Youth Council, Gateshead, NE8. Keyfund was one of the charities chosen by The Duke and Duchess to benefit from the Royal Wedding Charitable Gift Fund. During the visit, The Duchess will meet groups of young people who have recently been supported by the charity.

Tuesday 9th October 2012

The Duke of Rothesay will open Knockando Woollen Mill, Moray. HRH will meet staff, trustees and volunteers and be invited to re-start the mill wheel.

The Duke of Rothesay will unveil a Memorial to the Women’s Land Army at Clochan, Fochabers, and will meet the Land Girls as well as the artist who created the Memorial sculpture. The Duke will also meet representatives of the Crown Estate, the NFU and others involved in the creation and maintenance of the Memorial.

The Duke of Rothesay will visit Aberlour in celebration of the village’s Bi-Centenary. HRH will meet representatives of the Aberlour Bi-Centennial committee, local school children and members of the local community. He will unveil a plaque and view the Aberlour Coat of Arms Mosaic, created by children from Aberlour Primary School to commemorate the bi-centenary.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will attend the official opening of St. George’s Park, the Football Association’s National Football Centre, Burton-Upon-Trent, DE13.
