Clarence House launches its first Audioboo
20th October 2011
Clarence House has launched its first Audioboo, the latest addition to our social media channels.
Audioboo, which is an online platform for sharing concise sound recordings, represents The Prince of Wales and Duchess of Cornwall, The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry.
Our first Audioboo
Clarence House’s first Audioboo is a recording by The Prince of Wales as part of a project called “Sixty Minutes with Shakespeare” by The Shakespeare Birthplace Trust.
In the Audioboo, His Royal Highness discusses Shakespeare’s connections with royalty in his short recording. The project asks 60 questions to sixty scholars about Shakespeare.
The Prince, who is President of the Royal Shakespeare Company, has a long-running interest in Shakespeare, having acted in productions as a child at school.
