The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall visit communities affected by the London riots
17th August 2011
The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall today visited communities affected by the London riots.
Their Royal Highnesses were keen to show their support to those affected, and planning for the visits began last week.
Today, The Prince's youth charity, The Prince's Trust, announced a £2.5 million investment in the areas most affected by the riots in the UK, including Manchester, Birmingham and the London communities of Hackney, Tottenham and Croydon.
