The Prince of Wales visits the regenerated Middleport Pottery in Stoke-on-Trent
25th October 2011
The Prince of Wales has been on a two-day tour visiting Teesside, Burnley and Middleport to see the regeneration projects his charities have been working together on in the areas.
On the second day of the tour, The Prince visited Middleport Pottery, which is a purpose-built Victorian Pottery and the last working one of its kind in the UK.
Under His Royal Highness's leadership, his charity The Prince's Regeneration Trust has been working to save jobs and maintain the original collection of historic buildings and traditional crafts at the pottery.
