Prince William completes his year-long Advanced Rotary training course

Prince William has completed his 12 month Advanced Rotary training course at RAF Shawbury which means that he can now graduate from the course with his provisional Flying Wings.
Prince William began the intensive course at the Shropshire air base, where Prince Harry is also training, last year.
Flight Lieutenant Wales, as he is known in the RAF, has said that he is “looking forward” to beginning the next stage of his training, which will help to convert his flying skills to focus on those needed to become a Search and Rescue Pilot early next year.
