The Duke and The Duchess of Cambridge arrive in Canada for their first overseas tour

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have arrived in Canada for their first royal tour as a married couple.
For their first engagement, Their Royal Highnesses will pay their respects at the National War Memorial in Ottawa to pay tribute to the significant contribution of the Canadian Armed Forces worldwide.
The rest of the tour will include:
• the National Capital Region (Ottawa, Ontario, and Gatineau, Quebec) from 30th June to 2nd July;
• Montréal, Quebec, on 2nd July;
• Québec City, Quebec, on 3rd July;
• Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, from 3rd July to 4th July;
• Summerside, Prince Edward Island, on 4th July;
• Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, from 4th July to 6th July; and
• Calgary, Alberta, from 6th July to 8th July.
Tomorrow (1st July) is Canada Day and Their Royal Highnesses will celebrate this special day with Canadians in the National Capital Region.
