The Prince of Wales will make his first visit to the Royal College of Art since taking up the role of Royal Visitor in May this year. The Prince of Wales will open Yarlington Housing Group’s new Extra Care housing development Yarlington Melrose Court. The development is made up of 63 self-contained apartments for affordable rent and shared ownership. The apartments provide an alternative to a care home, offering flexible, tailor-made support to help customers stay independent for longer.
