The Duchess of Cornwall Patron, Beanstalk will meet some of their reading volunteers who will be working with children from St James Church of England School. Her Royal Highness will also tour the school library and meet staff members. St. James Church of England Junior School, Upton Street, Gloucester GL1 4JU.

The Duchess of Cornwall will visit The Bream Community Library where she will meet members of their Lego Club which is designed to encourage children to read. Her Royal Highness will also meet volunteers and library members during a tour of the library that won the Vaisey Prize for best library at last year's Cheltenham Literary Festival. The Duchess of Cornwall will open the South Western Ambulance Service 999 control hub in South Gloucestershire. During the visit Her Royal Highness will meet staff involved in the managing of emergency calls, including call handlers, dispatchers and clinical staff. In the presence of Her Majesty The Queen, The Duchess of Cornwall, Patron, Medical Detection Dogs, will attend its 10th Anniversary celebration and a demonstration by the charity’s bio detection dogs to showcase their ability to detect the odour of human disease at The Royal Mews, Buckingham Palace Road, London SW1W 0QH.
