The Duchess of Cornwall supports the NHS Volunteer Responders programme

In her role as President of the Royal Voluntary Service, The Duchess of Cornwall has thanked all those who have volunteered to support the NHS during the Coronavirus pandemic, through the NHS Volunteer Responders programme.

Over 750,000 people signed up to the scheme in just four days after it was launched - three times the original target.

Her Royal Highness participated in the scheme herself by undertaking a 'check-in and chat' with 85-year-old Doris, who has been self-isolating for the past two weeks.
