We were really pleased to have 75 beautiful plants entered into our Easter challenge. The children have really embraced the competition and we have a fantastic collection of plants ranging from peas, beans, beetroot and verbena, amongst other things.
We plan on planting these out around the school over the next week. Most of the veg look like they will produce bumper crops which we will then use to cook and eat at school.
As we have no space for planting in the ground, we'll be planting in plastic trugs that we can recycle and reuse, time after time.
