The Duchess of Cornwall meets ball girls during a visit to the the Lawn Tennis Championships
The Duchess of Cornwall attended the Lawn Tennis Championships at the All England Lawn Tennis Club (AELTC) in Wimbledon today.
Her Royal Highness visited the Players’ Lawn and met Ballboys, Ballgirls and Armed Forces personnel who are acting as stewards for The Championships.
The Duchess was introduced to Nadal, a 14-time grand slam champion, and former Wimbledon finalist Tomas Berdych, British women's number two Johanna Konta and Slovakian player Daniela Hantuchova.
The Duchess also met Rufus the hawk, who is tasked with keeping pigeons away from Centre Court. Her Royal Highness later watched British player Andy Murray compete.
